How long will my order take to arrive?

We normally make the orders within 7-10 days and have them delivered to you within 14 days of ordering. We will email you when your gift has been despatched. We aim to get them to you as quickly as possible but we need to take time to ensure the personalisation is of the highest quality. If you have an urgent order then please do let us know and we will see what we can do!

Are invoices/pricing details included within the package?

We know that many purchases from our site are gifts and often sent directly to the recipient and therefore we never include invoices or price information within.

Can you make bespoke products on request?

We hope that with our selection of products and wide range of fabrics you will find something that you love.

At Freddie & Ivy we strive to provide a truly personalised offer and therefore if you have something specific in mind and cannot see it on our website then please let us know and we will try our very best to assist.

How do the products arrive?

All of our products arrive beautifully packaged in tissue paper and ribbon with an insert card detailing the care instructions. 

What is your return policy?

All of our products are personalised just for you and therefore we do not accept returns.

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a fault with a product then please contact us within 10 days and we will ensure that the mistake is resolved.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to amend your order then please get in touch with us within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at Please include your order number and details of the changes you wish to make.

We cannot guarantee amendments after 1 hour as our talented team of seamstresses may have already started work on your order.
